How to Maintain Motivation
Motivation can wear out fast if you don’t improve on it.
To do so, here are a few simple yet efficient tips you can follow.
Take a Break
Giving yourself a short break after a task can improve your focus.
This allows your brain to reset and avoid mental exhaustion.
Reward Yourself
Set yourself a reward every time you reach a short-term goal. This will keep you motivated.
Chose small rewards that can be enjoyed in a couple of minutes.
Look Back at Achievements
Doing this reminds you of how far you’ve come.
It also increases the feeling of self-worth and pushes you to reach the next goal.
Exercise Daily
Exercise helps you relieve stress, boost energy, and improve your mental health.
It doesn't need to be immediately before or after the tasks you’re set to do. All it matters is that you move.
