If you find yourself doing any or all of these, you probably suffer from High-Functioning Anxiety.

  1. You are nice and easy to be around but you people please too much;
  2. You obsess over trivial things that other people probably don't even notice;
  3. You’re consumed by every mistake you make by beating yourself up over it;
  4. You don’t fully believe in yourself despite being capable;
  5. The worst scenario is always your biggest thought.
